BIOGRAPHIE

Née en région parisienne, Isabelle Pelletane vit et travaille en Poitou-Charentes (France). Peintre, l'art fait partie intégrante de la vie d'Isabelle depuis son plus jeune âge. Après des études de psychologie, elle part vivre à l'étranger, où elle sera fortement influencée par les couleurs et les paysages qu'elle découvre au fil de ses voyages. À son retour en France, elle a entamé une recherche artistique pour explorer la place de l'homme dans son environnement naturel.

Variant ses sujets selon les tableaux, elle nous offre une vision plutôt optimiste et colorée, une ode à la vie et à l'amour. Elle s'investit pleinement dans le processus créatif, travaillant avec des matériaux et des gestes spontanés, dynamiques et instinctifs. Son travail est en constante évolution, en phase avec la scène expressionniste abstraite.

Isabelle Pelletane a multiplié les expositions en France, mais aussi à l'international. Ses œuvres font également partie de nombreuses collections privées en France et à l'étranger.

STATMENT

Isabelle Pelletane's work is part of an intuitive approach, through her introspections and observations of the world around her. 

Isabelle focuses her work on the strength of vital energies, what drives us, the "bubbling of life". Nature, the elements, music and love, are all sources of inspiration.

She leaves traces on the canvas, like so many imprints of our passage on earth.

She invests herself fully in the creative process and works the materials, with a spontaneous and dynamic gesture, "action painting". Like a creative dance, the whole body is invested, the movements of the brush become more lively.

They lead the painting into a dance where the colors burst onto the canvas, revealing traces, stains dotted with splashes, drips, in warm and bright tones, thus creating new intense materials of life. 

It's all about balance and harmony. She works on small or large series, constantly seeking to evolve and renew herself, giving free rein to her creativity.

In her creations, Isabelle shares a certain vision of the world. She just confides in us her perceptions.
